Z100 Jingle Ball 2026 NYC: Tickets, Lineup & MSG Guide
Twelve acts, one Friday night, the Garden lit up for the holidays. Who’s on the NYC bill, what tickets really cost, where to sit, and how to get in and out of Penn Station without losing your mind.
Jingle Ball NYC is the one night a year New York pop radio throws a party in the Garden, and 2026’s version is stacked. Z100’s Jingle Ball lands at Madison Square Garden on Friday, December 11, with sombr, Alex Warren, Charlie Puth, Hilary Duff, Teddy Swims, TOMORROW X TOGETHER & YEONJUN and more sharing one stage.
It’s not a normal concert. Nobody plays a full set, the acts change fast, and you’ll probably hear more hits in four hours than you would at any single headliner’s show all year. That changes how you should buy tickets, where you should sit, and when you should show up. Here’s the whole plan.
Jingle Ball 2026 at MSG: Quick Facts
Jingle Ball 2026 Lineup: Who’s Performing at MSG in NYC?
Here’s the full Jingle Ball New York lineup, as announced by iHeartMedia. The Jingle Ball lineup changes from city to city, so if you’ve seen Olivia Rodrigo or OneRepublic mentioned online, that’s Los Angeles and other tour stops. They are not on the Madison Square Garden show.
Who’s worth arriving early for
TOMORROW X TOGETHER & YEONJUN
The biggest fan-base swing on the night. TXT is billed together with YEONJUN, which points to a slot that may mix group songs with his solo material, though how it splits hasn’t been announced. Go in expecting a short, high-energy set, not a full TXT concert. Lightsticks will be everywhere, and the MOA sections tend to be loud enough that you’ll know when it’s coming.
Hilary Duff
The nostalgia pick, and probably the singalong of the night for anyone who grew up on Lizzie McGuire. Duff is back in a music era after roughly a decade away from releasing albums, so this is a rare chance to see her in an arena. What she’ll play hasn’t been announced; we’re not going to guess.
sombr
The breakout that went from bedroom uploads to selling out his own Garden dates in about a year. If you can’t make his headline shows on November 23–24, Jingle Ball is the cheaper sampler. Our full sombr at Madison Square Garden guide covers those nights.
Alex Warren
“Ordinary” was the song you couldn’t escape in 2025, and it’s built for 20,000 people singing it back. Warren’s rise from online creator to chart-topper is the kind of story Jingle Ball crowds love.
Charlie Puth
The closest thing to a hometown act. Puth grew up in Rumson, New Jersey, and has a decade of radio hits to pull from. He’s also one of the most musically fun people to watch live, often building songs on the fly at the piano.
Teddy Swims
“Lose Control” spent a historic run on the Hot 100, and the voice is even bigger in person. Swims is the act most likely to win over the parents in the room.
The undercard: Sienna Spiro, Stella Lefty, Freya Skye, Bella Kay, The Beaches
This is where Jingle Ball earns its reputation for catching people right before they blow up. Sienna Spiro is a British newcomer with a big, old-soul voice. Freya Skye brings a Disney-fueled young following. The Beaches are a Toronto rock band and a nice jolt of guitars in a pop-heavy night. Earlier slots usually go to newer names, so getting there at 7 is worth it.
Running order: not announced. Jingle Ball doesn’t usually publish set times ahead of the show, and headliners aren’t always last. If one act is the whole reason you’re going, be in your seat from the start.
Jingle Ball NYC Tickets: Where to Buy and What to Know
Jingle Ball tickets for the Garden went on general sale October 2 through Ticketmaster, after a Capital One cardholder presale that ran September 29 to October 1. That presale is over, so you don’t need a Jingle Ball presale code now. Whatever’s left is either remaining primary inventory or resale.
❄ Searching “Jingle Ball tickets”? Make sure it’s the right city.
The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball is a tour with stops in Dallas, LA, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, D.C., Philadelphia and Nashville. Listings for Z100 Jingle Ball tickets should say Madison Square Garden and Friday, December 11. If it says Boston on the 13th or Philly on the 15th, it’s a different show with a different lineup.
Primary vs. resale for Jingle Ball NYC tickets
🎟 Primary (Ticketmaster)
- Face value, but the best sections went fast in October
- Check for released holds as the date approaches
- Mobile delivery tied to your account
🔁 Resale
- Where most floor and lower-bowl seats live now
- Prices swing with demand, both up and down
- Compare the all-in price, not the headline number
Before you hit buy
- Confirm the date and venue: Fri Dec 11, Madison Square Garden.
- Read the section, not just the price. A cheap seat at the side of the stage can mean watching screens all night.
- Check if floor is standing or seated. The listing should say. Standing on the floor for four hours is a real commitment.
- Look at the final checkout total with fees before comparing two listings.
- Know when you’ll get the tickets. Mobile transfer timing varies by seller; make sure you’ll have them well before Friday.
- Buying for a group? Lock seats together first, then worry about the section.
How Much Are Jingle Ball 2026 Tickets?
Honest answer: Jingle Ball ticket prices change daily on resale, so any number we printed here would be wrong by next week. What we can tell you is what drives the cost of Jingle Ball tickets, so you can tell a fair price from a bad one when you see it.
Floor
Closest to the stage and priciest. Standing-room floor sections can be the most in demand for big fan bases like TXT.
Lower bowl (100s)
Facing the stage, these hold value best. Side-stage 100s are often cheaper for a reason.
Upper bowl (200s)
The usual budget entry point. Steeper and farther, but MSG’s 200s are closer than many arenas’ upper decks.
How prices tend to move toward December 11
Multi-act shows like this one don’t behave like a single-artist sellout. Demand is spread across a dozen fan bases, so resale prices can soften in the final week as sellers who can’t go cut their asks. They can also jump if a big name adds a surprise moment. If you’ve found a section you like at a price you can live with, there’s no prize for waiting. If you’re flexible on where you sit, last-minute can work. Our guide to finding last-minute concert tickets covers that play, and when to buy concert tickets explains the timing in more depth.
Best Seats for Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden
A multi-artist show changes the seat math. Acts swap every 20 to 30 minutes, staging and screens change constantly, and you’re in the room for close to four hours. Comfort and a clean view of the main stage matter more than shaving a few rows off. We haven’t seen a stage plan for this year, so don’t assume it’ll match every other MSG concert layout; check the map on your ticket listing.
Floor
Best for: superfans of one act, groups who want to dance.
Watch out: flat ground means shorter fans see a lot of phones, and four hours on your feet is a lot.
Lower bowl, facing the stage
Best for: almost everyone. Elevated sightlines, a real seat to retreat to between sets, close enough to feel it.
Our pick if the budget stretches.
Side-stage sections
Best for: getting close for less.
Watch out: sharp angles can hide screens and parts of the set. Read the listing for “limited view” notes.
Upper bowl (200s)
Best for: families, first-timers, and anyone here for the whole night rather than one act.
Tip: stay toward the center, facing the stage.

Jingle Ball 2026 Setlist: What Songs Might Artists Perform?
There’s no confirmed Jingle Ball setlist until the night itself, and no running order has been published. What’s predictable is the shape. Each act gets a short slot, often somewhere around 15 to 30 minutes, so sets lean almost entirely on the songs people know. Deep cuts are rare. A holiday cover or a surprise guest drop-in is part of the tradition, but never guaranteed.
- Alex Warren closing his set on “Ordinary” is about as safe a bet as it gets.
- Teddy Swims without “Lose Control” would be a shock.
- Charlie Puth has a deep catalog of radio hits to squeeze into a short slot, so expect a medley-style approach to some of them.
- sombr fans should expect his breakout singles rather than a full album run.
Want the real list? Fan setlist sites and live social posts usually piece it together during the show and confirm it within a day. We’ll update this section after December 11.
What Time Does Jingle Ball Start, and How Long Is It?
What time does Jingle Ball start? 7:00 PM, per iHeartMedia’s announcement. How long is Jingle Ball? No official end time has been announced, but with a dozen acts and quick changeovers, plan on three and a half to four hours. Security lines at MSG get slow when 20,000 people arrive at once, so aim to be inside 30 to 45 minutes before showtime. Check MSG’s current bag policy before you leave; a bag you have to check or take home is the fastest way to miss the opener.
Getting to Madison Square Garden for Jingle Ball
MSG sits directly on top of Penn Station, which makes it one of the easiest arenas in the country to reach without a car, and one of the most crowded places in New York at 11 PM on a December Friday.
34 St–Penn Station, right under the Garden on Seventh Ave.
34 St–Penn Station on Eighth Ave, one block west.
34 St–Herald Square, a short walk east past the holiday windows.
Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall, across Eighth Ave. Check your last train home before the show, not after.
After the show: everyone leaves at once. If you’re on NJ Transit or the LIRR, know your train options ahead of time, and consider leaving during the final act if you’re cutting it close. Rideshare pickups right outside the Garden are slow and surge-priced; walking a few blocks away first helps. Full routes are in our how to get to Madison Square Garden guide, and if you’re driving, see parking near MSG before you commit. Always compare the final checkout price with fees included, not the listed price.

How long is Jingle Ball?
No official end time has been announced. With roughly a dozen acts and short sets, plan on about three and a half to four hours from the 7:00 PM start. That is an estimate based on the multi-artist format, not a confirmed finish time.
Is there a Jingle Ball setlist for 2026?

Floor is closest but you’re on flat ground and may be standing for hours. Lower-bowl 100-level seats facing the stage are the best all-round pick for a multi-act show. Upper 200-level seats facing the stage are the value play. Seats far to the side of the stage risk blocked views of screens and set pieces.

MSG sits on top of Penn Station, so the 1/2/3 and A/C/E subways, NJ Transit, LIRR and Amtrak all arrive underneath it. The B/D/F/M/N/Q/R/W at Herald Square is a short walk east. Driving and rideshare pickup right after the show are the slowest options.
Can I watch Jingle Ball on TV?
iHeartMedia says the Jingle Ball holiday special airs on ABC in December and streams the next day on Hulu and Disney+. It’s a packaged special, not a live feed of the full MSG show.

Pick your seat for how long you’ll be there, not just how close it is. Eat early, know your train, and get there for the openers. You’ll leave having heard half of 2025’s biggest songs live.
